From beginning to end, working with Kevin’s LT5 Exteriors & Builders was nothing less than perfect. I believe he is truly a genius! His contracted architect, Mr Chang, came up with a wonderful design, way above our expectations. He was quite genius too! Because we started in October, cold weather did get in the way a bit, but otherwise, it went smoothly. We are enjoying our beautiful screen porch and new deck!

Used them for a pop up addition to our house. Added an entire second floor and it turned out great. Easy to work with and reliable. I would recommend for complex projects.

We used LT5 Exteriors for a deck replacement project. Kevin, the owner, was on site most days and was very responsive to our questions, requests and concerns. We are happy with our new deck and Kevin and his team were easy to work with throughout the project.

We worked with Vanessa at LT5 Exteriors & Builders to remodel our guest bathroom and kitchen. Vanessa fulfilled our exacting requirements superbly by matching them with expert tradespeople who delivered timely, high-quality work. Vanessa personally oversaw the projects, and communicated clearly along every step of the way. Most important: Vanessa understands the importance of underpromising and overdelivering, resulting in delighted clients!

LT5 was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. They were professional throughout. The weather was not ideal, but becuase of their flexibility and dedication we have a beautiful new deck, along with stairs leading down to our brand new stamped patio! They were very reasonable for the quality of work and I highly recommend for any project needed!

We highly recommend LT5. Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen renovation. Kevin was able to take our vision for the space and give us everything we asked for. They were prompt, the price was reasonable and our kitchen looks amazing. We will definitely use them again.
